Compatibility of iBGStar ® DMA version 2.2.1 with iOS8

On September 9th 2014, Apple announced its new operating system iOS8. Sanofi is currently testing the safe use and compatibility of the iBGStar ® DMA 2.2.1 on iPhone 4S/5/5C/5S and iPod touch 5 upgraded to iOS8, as well as on iPhone 6 once iPhone 6 is commercially available.

Sanofi will inform customers about the compatibility of the iBGStar DMA 2.2.1 on iPhone 4S/5/5C/5S/6 updated to iOS8 as soon as the testing results become available.

Sanofi is also currently working on a new, cutting-edge Diabetes Manager Application, called the MyStar ® DMA which is expected to be available in 2015. The new App will include new features including advanced reporting and tracking capabilities of key diabetes indicators and will offer improved usability and visualisation.
