Confirmed compatibility of iBGStar ® Diabetes Manager Application version 2.2.1 with iOS8 and new iPhone 6/6 Plus

Sanofi is pleased to confirm the compatibility and safe use of the iBGStar ® Diabetes Management Application (DMA) version 2.2.1 on supported iDevices upgraded to iOS8, including the new iPhone 6/6 Plus. Supported iDevices are iPhone 4S/5/5C/5S/6/6 Plus and iPod touch 5. Users are advised to back up their data on iTunes before performing the upgrade to iOS8.

In addition, Sanofi is currently working on a new, cutting-edge Diabetes Manager Application, called the MyStar ® DMA which is expected to be available in 2015. The new app will include new features such as advanced reporting and tracking capabilities of key diabetes indicators and will offer improved usability and visualisation.
